It seems that home decor as the same stylish trends that you see in fashion. What was fashionable twenty years ago always comes back in some form either on the runway or in the decorator store. I have noticed, on many of the home decorating shows, that French Country farm sinks and
faucets are all the rage. I find it even more amusing how big of a price tag comes with a style that is already in my kitchen when I moved in.

Faucets are sooo expensive!
That is why I always go for a fully furnished and renovated house whenever I wanted to buy a house or invest in properties. Bankers even told me that they will add only 50% of original renovation value towards house value. So, definitely as a buyer we are on winning side.
Certainly, the fashion is just moving around the time. Something fashionable in 80s are not in 90s but are super hit in 2000s. So, I guess they are reusing the same old gimmick in fashion industry.
We just recently renovated our bathroom and kitchen and where pleasantly surprised how a simple clean design can enhance and bring out the beauty of these rooms. Sometimes simple is so much better than overdoing it with fancy complex additions that overwhelm you.
Is everyone listening? Dont throw out those polyester bell bottoms from the 70's as they are sure to make a comeback one of these days.
sorry to sound a bit slow, but what exactly is a faucet?
