I have been so behind on posting that I totally missed my 2 year anniversary. On 5/14/10 Thrifty Momma Ramblings celebrated it's second year! This is huge news! It's such huge news that I decided to give a $25 gift card to one lucky reader! I have a list of the following stores that the winner can choose to spend their $25 gift card. This drawing will end on June 30th at midnight CST. The winner will be announced on the blog the following day.

Seriously I like the appearance. Even though it's simple (which is a GOOD thing), it's very unique. The colors and theme of this isn't really similar to anything else you see out there. You've got a pretty darn attractive blog.

I like how easy it is to read your blog - you don't have tons of tons of banners or icons, and none of those really annoying scrolly things. I get "car sick" trying to read posts at some blogs, to say nothing of how hard it is to concentrate on what you're reading when things are moving in your peripheral vision. And because you don't have them, your site loads quickly, which is nice, too.

Wow. ::applause:: I just read the brief saga of your 75 pound weight loss and your posts sharing some of the details. After being diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (that's liver disease without the fun of drinking), I have started seeing a weight loss counselor, and I lost six pounds the first month. I can't completely give up my soda, though I have cut way back. I need to exercise more, but now that the heat is debilitating (and we've had rain all this week), it's getting tougher. I enjoyed seeing your success story. It gives me hope!
